How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes.

What is the Pro subscription?

Pro unlocks premium features including real-time fuel prices, weather, traffic cameras, and more. Your Pro account is locked to a single device for security.

How do I switch my Pro subscription to a new device?

Go to Profile → Settings → Transfer Device. You will be asked to re-authenticate before the transfer is completed.

How do I delete my account?

Send an email to info@taximate.app with the subject "Delete Account". We will permanently delete your data within 30 days.
